Do you charge for initial setup of AFIO profiles?

ASAP does not charge for the set up of AFIO profiles

Can you send us a price list?

Yes our Sales Department can provide you with a current price list.

Can you send us samples?

Yes our Sales Department can provide you with samples

Do you have a catalog?

ASAP does not currently have a catalog but our Sales Department can provide you with samples and our current price list.

Can you supply us with AFIO partner references?

Yes our Sales Department can provide you with a referral sheet.

Do you require an exclusive contract?

ASAP does not require an exclusive contract unless you request one. Using our service exclusively however will lock pricing in for 3 years.

Can you invoice us once monthly like our current supplier does?

We can but we like most of our AFIO partners prefer to do a Direct Debit for orders. Our AFIO partners provide us with an internal account number to be used for this purpose.

How long does telephone training session take?

Training on our AFIO ordering module takes approx. 45 min to 1 hour.

How soon can AFIO profiles and training be arranged?

AFIO profiles can be set up as soon as all required information is received and then training can be scheduled once your staff confirms a convenient day and time for training.

Are there special / lower prices for Senior or Student accounts?

We do have special / lower prices for Senior or Student accounts. These accounts can be listed on your AFIO ordering modules under account types.

What security measures do you have in place to protect our Members information?

Our Sales Department can provide you with our Data Security doc.

Can our Members go online and order their own cheques?

ASAP can provide our ACOA app which integrates with your web banking allowing your Members to place their own orders online.

Will we be able to add/remove users ourselves via the Admin section or do we always have to contact you to do that?

You will need to email us or fax us to let us know to either add or remove a user. For security reasons only ASAP Administrator has access to make changes on your Credit Union Profile.

Can we see on our AFIO screen who entered the account info? Who placed the order?

You can not see on your AFIO screen who entered the account information but ASAP can go into the order and can confirm who submitted the order at your Credit Union.
